Delivery
Our delivery times varies from 2 to 6 weeks since our products are produced to order.Our delivery process will begin after receiving the confirmation of the order form and the payment.
Our shipments within Istanbul are free of charge and are delivered by our own transit van.
Our shipments outside of Istanbul as well as internation deliveries are subject to a fee. Delivery dates and fees for shipments may vary depending on the distance and the item.Please note that for our international orders, the customer is responsible for import tax and customs duties which may apply upon delivery.

Important Notice
For our domestic shipments please check your orders with the cargo officer and keep a report for any damaged product. Returns will not be accepted otherwise.
Returns
You can request a return by sending an e-mail info@biancoartdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return of products that have lost their originality (saleability) due to reasons such as used, damaged packaging, etc. will not be accepted.
At this point, we request that you pack the products as securely as possible (preferably in original packaging) and in a non-damaging manner. Upon receiving the returned item, the products will be checked by our quality control department, if a fault is not identified for reasons such as usage error, the return process will start.
Your payment amount will be credited back to your accounts within 15 days of the completion of the return procedures.

Gaen Studio reserves the right to inspect the products returned and to refuse the return of those products referring to our sales agreement, as our products are produced to order.

Our payment method is 3DSecure. The security system of ‘iyizico’ guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
